To continue to improve the high-quality care and professional service provided we are investing in great training and development for our staff to make sure they can provide the best support possible.
We are rolling out technology across our services, which allows staff to better record the care provided and alert any concerns to the appropriate services. Staff are receiving training in the use of this technology and building their skills with full support.
Our priority is to offer people excellent care at home and then if people need a higher level of care alternatives such as Residential, Extra Care housing and Supported Living schemes should be available now and in the future.
We want to continue to provide excellent support and for our facilities to promote independence and personal freedoms, keeping pace with people's changing aspirations for the future of care.
To support this ambition, we have invested in new buildings and residents and staff are really enjoying the facilities they offer. We will continue to invest in our buildings to provide modern and effective care services.
