Something Strong Inside is a series of brief films developed to support young people, especially young people in care, focusing on emotional resilience resources and possibilities. These film ideas were created and developed by members of the Children in Care Council and brought to life by Strong Language Theatre, then filmed by the professional actors themselves. The films don't tell you what you should do though perhaps you'll be able to draw some inspiration from them to find your own way of approaching your own emotional resilience. What's right for you may not be right for someone else yet something will be right for them at the right time. It's all a question of having useful options available and finding what suits you and your life right now.
