Child and Family Support Teams (for 'children in need' of family support : intensive intervention )

Social Workers will provide:

  • Child and family assessments for children aged 0-18 and their families
  • Private fostering assessments

Social workers and Child and Family Workers on local teams will

  • Lead Child in need plans and reviews and arrange delivery of short term support for children and their families where the children are experiencing social and emotional difficulties that if their needs are not met could impair their development.
