Section 15A(1) Commons Act 2006
New legislation which came into force on 1 October 2013 enables landowners to deposit a map and statement under Section 15A(1) of the Commons Act 2006 to protect their land from being recorded as a town or village green.
Application Form CA16 (MS WORD 46KB) should be submitted to the Commons Registration Service along with the fee of £ 296. Please make cheques payable to Cumbria County Council.
