Information required to support a planning application

The Local Validation List (PDF 501KB) sets out the information that is required to support planning. Failure to provide the documentation/plans stipulated as being required in this document will result in any planning application being treated as invalid - that is to say the council will not progress the application to registration and consultation until the information required has been provided.
