The grievance procedure is intended to help resolve concerns, problems or complaints which employees wish to raise in a prompt and fair manner.

This procedure has been developed following negotiation with the recognised trade unions to provide a means for those trade unions and the County Council to seek to resolve collective disputes that might arise.
