Mitchells Auction Company will run the Calvert Online Auction from Saturday 14th to 28th November. Lots to be sold can be viewed online at www.the-saleroom.com/mitchells from Thursday 12th November where people can also make bids for the lots.
For over 40 years, the Lake District Calvert Trust has been facilitating safe accessible and challenging outdoor activities for people with disabilities from their centre near Keswick. However, a substantial fall in bookings due to the pandemic has meant a serious drop in income which is now threatening future operations. All proceeds from the Charity Auction will help to continue the essential service Calvert provides for people with disabilities.
