Monthly Sunday public Open meeting.
All welcome.
Meeting led by Lay Teachers Authorized by the Sangha [Community of Theravada Buddhist Monks]. Theravada is the oldest school of Buddhism in the world and it is practised today in South and South East Asia.
Meetings include mindfulness, tranquillity meditation, insight meditation, metta (loving kindness) meditation, and walking meditation, talks, handouts, Q & A. Tea.
