The seawall 7 mile is a charity event( different charity picked each year)and is a 7 ish mile run/walk from Haverigg ,one big loop around through millom and back to Haverigg , taking in some of the best views and land marks in the country.Any person of any gender, ability, pro, amateur, beginner , size, fat , thin , religious beliefs, colour of skin , from another planet and dogs are more than welcome to do the the seawall 7 miler. We are all friends and like to create a nice warm atmosphere.We have great campsites, holiday parks and b&b's in the area , so make a weekend of it.
