Event: White Rose Classic

On Sunday 21 June 2020 - the longest Sunday of the year - the annual White Rose Classic cycling sportive will visit Cumbria. The event features 3 routes:
- Grassington Short Route 49 miles
- Settle Medium Route 86 miles
- Hawes Long Route 122 miles
All routes leave from Ilkley, West Yorkshire. The Hawes Long Route enters Cumbia at Garsdale Head. From there, climbs over Coal Road to Dentdale and up the remote Deepdale/Kingsdale combo toward Ingleton.
All routes are fully signed, with amply-stocked feed stations, roving mechanical and medical support. An after-ride meal is included, and riders can relax at the after-ride party with local beers, ice cream and other treats.
